International Orders FAQ:

Why is my checkout total in INR?  
We’re an India-based studio. Indian regulations require all transactions to be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). 

If you’re outside India, use PayPal at checkout to see and pay in your local currency. PayPal or your bank will convert ₹ to $/€/£ using their current exchange rate. The USD price you see while browsing is an estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?  
India: UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets via Razorpay  
International: PayPal Express Checkout – the safest way to pay across borders  

How much is international shipping?  
Flat rate: ₹8,000 INR (∼$96 USD) tracked worldwide. 

Every original artwork is packed in a custom tube/box, insured, and ships with a tracking number. This price covers packaging, materials and international courier charges.

How long will my art take to arrive?  
10–15 business days after your order is placed. 

Timeline: 2–3 days to prepare + pack your artwork, 7–12 days in transit with DHL/FedEx/Dtdc International. You’ll get a tracking link once it ships.

Will I pay customs or import duties?  
Possibly. Import taxes are set by your country and are not included in our prices. 

For US/EU/UK buyers, duties on original art are usually low or $0, but it varies. You are responsible for any fees charged by your local customs office. We mark packages as “Original Artwork” with accurate value to avoid issues.

Can I track my order?  
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days of purchase. International packages can take 24–48 hrs to show first scan.

What if my art arrives damaged?  
Unlikely – I over-pack everything. But if it happens, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery(check contact for it). We’re insured and will make it right.
